I first met Stephanie through our sons playing sport together. Once I got to know her and found out she was a travel agent, I had no hesitation in reaching out to her. Consequently, since 2015 she has been looking after our travel arrangements, including Croatia and Northern Italy, Paris, New York, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Hawaii, New Zealand, Fiji, South Africa, Portugal, Spain and most recently France. Stephanie has great organisational and management skills, which I have seen firsthand with sporting tours to Thailand and South Korea. From flight itineraries, transport arrangements, travel insurance and accommodation options, she has everything covered. Communication is swift and any issues that have arisen have been sorted promptly, even whilst overseas.

The holiday was fabulous, thank you. All of our flights and transfers went very smoothly as planned. Singapore Airlines will always be my preferred airline so as expected there. They are incredibly efficient and reliable. I particularly want to commend the transfers which were outstanding. I would recommend you use the companies you engaged for us without hesitation. The journey from Malacca to Singapore was especially enjoyable. Our young driver was delightful. Our accommodation was also wonderful. The Shangri-La in Kuala Lumpur and The Carlton in Singapore are ideally situated.

Princess Cruises were amazing. They made everything so easy and the the land/sea trip was great. Their Alaskan lodges are so nice and the service was very good all round. The cruise itself was also so well run and a wonderful experience. Our tour around Canada was great also but if anyone asks I probably wouldn't bother with the cities ie Calgary and Toronto (our Toronto hotel was very good though and location was great). The resorts outside of this were great and as you know the scenery is something else. Loved Vancouver Island! The Athabascan Glacier tour from Banff was money well spent.

Highlight of Canada was Niagara Falls and our room (we upgraded when we got there) at the Hilton was totally amazing with the best views of the falls from our room. Definitely worth the extra money as we had front row viewing of the light show and fireworks each night.

In both Alaska and Canada we saw heaps of wildlife including bears, moose, otters, caribou etc The tour up to the Arctic Circle from Fairbanks was also a highlight and we were lucky enough to witness the Northern lights on the trip back. The hotel you booked for us in New York was truly fantastic with views to Times Square from our window. Couldn't have had a better location.

Marina all in all it was a great trip that both Mark and I both loved and we have now become addicted to cruising!
